Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at AFK Creations. All orders from AFK Creations are subject to our shipping policy, outlined below. If you have any questions about our shipping practices, please contact our dedicated support team at afkcreationsofnc@gmail.com.

Where We Ship
AFK Creations is pleased to provide domestic and international shipping options. 

AFK Creations offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses.

All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 2 to 14 business days for us to process your order.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Shipping Rates & Timing
AFK Creations has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

Signature Required on Orders over $100 USD
Signature Confirmation™ by the USPS requires that the recipient (or a responsible person at the residence) be present to sign for the item.

Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at afkcreationsofnc@gmail.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

By entering into a purchase agreement with us, the customer agrees that in the event of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be compensated by the insurance claim process and the customer agrees not to perform a credit card chargeback to recover such a loss. The customer also agrees to assume all liability for loss or damage during shipment if there is a 'Signature Release' of any kind on file for the delivery address. All claims for loss or damage during shipment must be initiated within 48 hours of scheduled delivery. If claim is denied by carrier/insurance company, the cutomer understands that www.afkcreations.com is not responsible for reimbursement. 

When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is different than what was ordered, please contact www.afkcreations.com within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. Please read our International Orders section below for International shipping problems. If the item received is different than what was ordered, please contact www.afkcreations.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. If you believe that your automatic watch isn't working properly, please click here for more information. Product discrepancies not notified to www.afkcreations.com within 5 days may not be honored for replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment if your item is defective. Note: Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction.

 

 

 

International Shipping

Duty and Shipping

Most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS. The average International order takes up to 1 week for delivery.

Shipping Problems

If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by AFK Creations. If the item is received damaged, please contact AFK Creations within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
